Whether upstream, on the day or downstream, we are committed to offer you the best service. Our 3 centers have experienced reception teams who are at the center of the life of our spaces. For any organizational question, you can contact the following people:

Step 2 – Access my room

Our reception areas opens from 8:00 to 18:30. We offer a systematic physical welcome of trainers and trainees. It is thus at the reception that you wil l take the key or the access code to open your room. A guide is also given to you, this one contains the code of the network 500Mo Wifi, the explanation for the control of the air conditioning / heating, etc …

Your documentation is already prepared in the room.

If a coffee break service is ordered it is installed in front of or at the back of the room.

Step 3 – Organize lunch

We offer different catering solutions on and off site. For trainings, the most commonly used options are:

  • Lunch in one of our partner restaurants: the name of the restaurant will be communicated to the reception upon your arrival. You can also come to the reception during your mid-morning break. Thank you to notify us as soon as possible of any allergy or food preference that would not have been transmitted
  • Tray meal with hot dish served in the dining room

WHAT DO YOU HAVE BY DEFAULT IN THE ROOM AND IN THE LOCATIONS?

The room :

  • A room in daylight
  • A touch screen or sound projector (HDMI and VGA connection)
  • A mobile paperboard
  • An extension cord

Common spaces :

  • Toilets upstairs
  • Phones on the floor to contact the reception or the technical assistance (With the exception of the ESPACE Cléry)
  • Coffee machines, tea & cold drinks
  • Snack and candy dispensers
  • Outdoor spaces (Vinci and La Rochefoucauld) or under canopy (Cléry) to relax during breaks
  • All our locations are classified as ERP and meet the requirements of DATA DOCK and the Professional Office for the Qualification of Training Organizations (OPQF)
  • For any other technical or restoration needs, the service will depend on the accepted quote

1- Make your life easier so that you are available for your trainees

If training is sometimes short, availability to trainees is essential. Our experienced reception teams are at your disposal t o take care of anything that will make your day easier. Our credo is to allow you to dedicate yourself to your trainees.

2- To offer you the latest technologies to diversify your teaching tools
You have the concern to design effective teaching tools and to alternate between practical exercises and theories. We select for you simple and efficient dedicated equipment. Our technical assistance is present every day from 8:00 to 18:30 on site.

3- Play the interface between you and your training organization
It is never easy to solve a problem of registration or documentation in parallel with the reception of your trainees. Give us the subject and we will come back to you at the moment of the break.
