Our reception areas opens from 8:00 to 18:30. We offer a systematic physical welcome of trainers and trainees. It is thus at the reception that you wil l take the key or the access code to open your room. A guide is also given to you, this one contains the code of the network 500Mo Wifi, the explanation for the control of the air conditioning / heating, etc …
Your documentation is already prepared in the room.
If a coffee break service is ordered it is installed in front of or at the back of the room.

1- Make your life easier so that you are available for your trainees
If training is sometimes short, availability to trainees is essential. Our experienced reception teams are at your disposal t o take care of anything that will make your day easier. Our credo is to allow you to dedicate yourself to your trainees.
2- To offer you the latest technologies to diversify your teaching tools
You have the concern to design effective teaching tools and to alternate between practical exercises and theories. We select for you simple and efficient dedicated equipment. Our technical assistance is present every day from 8:00 to 18:30 on site.
3- Play the interface between you and your training organization
It is never easy to solve a problem of registration or documentation in parallel with the reception of your trainees. Give us the subject and we will come back to you at the moment of the break.
