BREAKS
Three breaks can be proposed during the day :
- At the beginning of the meeting, a welcome coffee and tea.
- In the middle of the morning, coffee, tea, orange juice and pastries.
- In the middle of the afternoon, coffee, tea and orange juice.
CATERING
Two formulas to choose from:
- Your meals can be served in one of our partner restaurants nearby.
- For your specific needs (cocktails, meal trays), we work with selected caterers.
ACCOMMODATION
Our hostesses are at your disposal a list of nearby hotels visited and selected by us.
WELCOME AND ORIENTATION
In the hall, a panel indicating the titles of the training courses (meetings, exams,…), as well as the corresponding room number, guides your participants.
A team of professional and bilingual hostesses welcomes your clients. Our hostesses are also at your disposal for:
- The luggage store
- The cloakroom
- Booking taxis.
COMMUNICATION
A free Internet terminal and a card phone are at your disposal.
The WIFI is accessible within each space.
REPROGRAPHY SERVICE
Do you need to edit documents for your participants? Our reprography department is equipped with laser printers, A4 and A3 paper (both sides) and transparencies for overhead projectors.
